I Love You...But I'm Leaving You
Ladies..we have all been there; where you say? In a relationship that we know was no good for us, one that continuously hurt use and left us dazed and confused.
We have tried everything. We have yelled, screamed, cried, discussed and voiced our needs and wants over repeatedly hoping the other person would give us what we needed.

The Five R's of Walking Away
- Realization-understand and accept your situation as it is. Learn from your mistakes
- Revamp-Access your situation and come up with a plan or course of necessary action.
- Remove-Leave the situation completely. No phone calls, emails, text messages---or letters.
- Roll-out- Get GONE. Take what you need and be done with the situation. No looking back.
- Rebuild-Keep moving forward. Access your talents and utilize them to build the life you want.
